Logo Access for Partners

Dell EMC Partner Program logos are available for download on the Partner Portal that will launch in February 2017.
Before then, you will receive access to your logos in your Welcome Kit.

 

Terms and Conditions

Partners in good standing in the Dell EMC Partner Program (each a “Licensee”) shall be granted a limited, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the “Dell EMC Partner-Authorized”, “Dell EMC Partner-Gold”, “Dell EMC Partner-Platinum”, “Dell EMC Partner-Titanium”, or “Dell EMC Partner-Titanium Black“  logos as specified in their authorized tier level, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Authorized Partners:

In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, a Licensee that is an Authorized Partner may use the “Dell EMC Partner-Authorized” Logo on its business cards, stationery (including e-mail signatures), and its website, and may also use such Logo in connection with the advertising and marketing of Dell and Dell EMC products and services.  Additionally, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, if the Dell EMC Partner Program provides advertising and marketing materials to Licensee under the Dell EMC Partner Program, and such materials contain the “Dell EMC” logo, then a Licensee that is an Authorized Partner may use the Logo in connection with such materials to advertise and market Dell and Dell EMC products and services.

Gold Partners:

In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, a Licensee that is a Gold Partner may use the “Dell EMC Partner-Gold” Logo on its business cards, stationery (including e-mail signatures), and its website, and may also use such Logo in connection with the advertising and marketing of Dell and Dell EMC products and services.  Additionally, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, if the Dell EMC Partner Program provides advertising and marketing materials to Licensee under the Dell EMC Partner Program, and such materials contain the “Dell EMC” logo, then a Licensee that is a Gold Partner may use the Logo in connection with such materials to advertise and market Dell and Dell EMC products and services.

Platinum Partners:

In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, a Licensee that is a Platinum Partner may use the “Dell EMC Partner-Platinum” Logo on its business cards, stationery (including e-mail signatures), and its website, and may also use such Logo in connection with the advertising and marketing of Dell and Dell EMC products and services.  Additionally, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, if the Dell EMC Partner Program provides advertising and marketing materials to Licensee under the Dell EMC Partner Program, and such materials contain the “Dell EMC” logo, then a Licensee that is a Premier Partner may use the Logo in connection with such materials to advertise and market Dell and Dell EMC products and services.

Titanium Partners:

In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, a Licensee that is a Titanium Partner may use the “Dell EMC Partner-Titanium” Logo on its business cards, stationery (including e-mail signatures), and its website, and may also use such Logo in connection with the advertising and marketing of Dell and Dell EMC products and services.  Additionally, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, if the Dell EMC Partner Program provides advertising and marketing materials to Licensee under the Dell EMC Partner Program, and such materials contain the “Dell EMC” logo, then a Licensee that is a Titanium Partner may use the Logo in connection with such materials to advertise and market Dell and Dell EMC products and services.

Titanium Black Partners:

In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, a Licensee that is a Titanium Black Partner may use the “Dell EMC Partner-Titanium Black” Logo on its business cards, stationery (including e-mail signatures), and its website, and may also use such Logo in connection with the advertising and marketing of Dell and Dell EMC products and services.  Additionally, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, if the Dell EMC Partner Program provides advertising and marketing materials to Licensee under the Dell EMC Partner Program, and such materials contain the “Dell EMC” logo, then a Licensee that is a Titanium Black Partner may use the Logo in connection with such materials to advertise and market Dell and Dell EMC products and services.

The download and use of the Logo is conditioned upon the following:

  1. Licensee may not use the Logo or any other Dell EMC Partner Program logo obtained from any source other than Dell EMC, and shall not modify or alter the Logo in any way. Licensee may only use the Logo in strict accordance with the current version of the Dell EMC Partner Program Graphic Standards (including usage guidelines), which are currently located at Brand.DellTechnologies.com/partner. The Dell EMC Partner Program team reserves the right to modify these standards and guidelines from time to time.
  1. Licensee shall not use the Logo in connection with any activity that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, disparages Dell or Dell EMC’s products or services (as determined solely by Dell Inc.), or that in any way infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
  1. Licensee shall not use the Logo in any manner that is likely to create the impression that Licensee is a legal partner, affiliate, or franchisee of Dell Inc. or Dell EMC, or is otherwise related to Dell Inc. or Dell EMC. Licensee will clearly and prominently identify itself in its offers, advertising, marketing, promotional materials, and on its business cards, stationery (including e-mail signatures), and its website.
  1. Licensee agrees to use the Logo only in connection with its business and solely to advertise and promote Dell and Dell EMC products or services. Licensee shall not use or display the Logo on its invoices, bills, or shipping memos.
  1. Licensee acknowledges that Dell Inc., with its business unit Dell EMC, owns all rights in and to the Logo, and agrees that it will not contest the validity of Dell EMC’s rights, either during or after the license term. If, at any time, Partner acquires any rights in, or trademark registrations or applications for the Logo or any of the Dell or Dell EMC trademarks or domain names by operation of law or otherwise, Partner will immediately and at no expense to Dell Inc. assign such rights, registration or applications to Dell EMC or Dell Inc., along with any and all associated goodwill. Licensee will indemnify and hold Dell Inc. and Dell EMC harmless against any and all claims, actions, or demands relating to its business activities or the use of the Logo in connection with such activities or otherwise.
  1. Dell Inc., with its business unit Dell EMC, may immediately suspend or terminate Licensee’s right to use the Logo for violation of any of these terms and conditions, or any terms and conditions governing Licensee’s participation in the Dell EMC Partner Program or provision of Dell and Dell EMC products or services, or for any other reason that Dell Inc. deems appropriate. Upon such suspension or termination, Licensee shall immediately cease use of the Logo or any similar mark, name, or logo, including, without limitation, any name or mark containing the term “Dell or Dell EMC.”
  1. Licensee may not use the Logo in any manner and Dell Inc., with its business unit Dell EMC, grants Licensee no rights except as expressly set forth herein. In addition, Licensee may not use any other Dell or Dell EMC logo, trademark, or intellectual property. Dell Inc., with its business unit Dell EMC, may periodically audit Licensee to verify compliance of logo usage and may determine during audit that if Licensee has not met the requirements of this agreement, Licensee shall be notified of noncompliance, at which time Licensee will immediately cease the use of the logo until the situation has been remedied.
  1. Licensee recognizes and acknowledges that its breach of these terms and conditions will cause Dell Inc. and Dell EMC irreparable harm for which monetary damages will be inadequate. Licensee agrees that Dell Inc. and Dell EMC shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain Licensee from such breach or threatened breach. Nothing in this section shall be construed as preventing Dell Inc. and Dell EMC from pursuing any remedy at law or in equity for any breach or threatened breach of these terms and conditions.
  1. Licensee agree that trademarks, service marks, trade or company names, product and service identifications, internet domains/internet addresses, logos, artwork and other symbols and devices associated with Dell Inc., Dell, Dell EMC, their Affiliates, and Dell or Dell EMC products and services (the “Dell/Dell EMC Marks”) are and shall remain Dell Inc.’s property. Without limiting the foregoing, Licensee will not file any trademark applications or attempt to register a trademark containing the Dell or Dell EMC Marks and will not use the Dell or Dell EMC Marks in search engine advertising, either as a keyword or in advertisements appearing on search engines or in email addresses, without Dell Inc.’s prior written permission.  Additionally, Licensee may not register or use any domain name or business name containing or confusingly similar to any Dell or Dell EMC Marks. Licensee will not incorporate the Logo or any other Dell or Dell EMC trademark into Partner’s product names, service names, company names, domain names, or any other similar designations. Partner’s use of the Logo inures to the sole benefit of Dell Inc. and Dell EMC.
  1. Dell Inc., with its business unit Dell EMC, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
